The Marcy Diamond Elite SM1050 Smith Cage System by Impex offers you a complete array of exercises to work all major muscle groups, tone, burn calories, and increase strength and stamina. The convenient two piece bench and cage design allows you to perform squats and lunges and the bench can be used with the Smith rack or as a separate workout bench for dumbbell exercises. The Smith guide rods feature safety stops, allowing you to maximize your weight load while reducing your risk of injury. The 5-position bench, when used with the Smith cage, enables you to perform a multitude of upper body exercises such as incline, decline, and flat chest presses as well as shoulder press exercises. The bench is supplied with an arm curl pad for proper muscle and joint alignment when performing bicep curl exercises and a complete leg developer that offers both leg extension and leg curl exercises that target the quads, hamstrings and glutes. This dual action leg developer correctly aligns the knee joints with the pivot point on the bench for superior biomechanics. Set the bench aside and utilize the cage to perform a variety of free-weight exercises using a 7' Olympic bar and weights (sold separately). Bar and safety catches on the outside of the cage frame allow you to adjust the weight bar at various heights. Also included on the Smith cage are two Olympic size weight plate storage posts so you can keep your plates neatly organized and off the ground.
